I use Evercontact to keep my address book up-to-date, but my team doesn’t and their contacts are a hot mess. Any recommendations or help?

Very Quick Clean-Up w/ ContactRescue
Problem: Colleagues get a ton of emails from valuable contacts, but they just never have time to enter them into their address book or try to keep it updated. Too much time wasted searching thru emails for contact info.
Solution: Run a ContactRescue for each team member so they have a complete and up-to-date address book within 24 hours.
Details: ContactRescue is our one-time service for PAST emails already in an inbox. Same email signature –> address book technology, but it can go back 1 or 5 years (20k or 60k emails if Outlook/O365). Super quick and easy way to get caught up. A complete no-brainer given how much time will be saved.
Bonus: It also comes with a CSV file. You could then combine the CSV files for each colleague and use it to import into your CRM.
Get Organized w/ Evercontact’s Centralization Feature
Problem: We don’t have a master address book for the team to use. Nothing is organized and important contacts are hitting our inbox daily. We’re losing these contacts and wasting too much time asking each other for info.
Solution: Use Evercontact’s Centralization feature to have each colleague’s contact updates also pass thru to a Master address book.
Note, this requires each team member to have a paid Evercontact subscription.
Details: This is a simple way to ensure new contacts and those contacts with new information can be housed in a central location. Imagine if you and 10 colleagues all used Evercontact. Each user would receive their own address book updates as normal, but they would also pass thru to the team’s master address book (ex. firstname.lastname@example.org).
The contacts would be consolidated and de-duped, giving you a nice and clean address book for the crew.
Bonus: It’s not something we have control over, but you likely could find a way to then easily share that address book with those who should have access to it.
