Paris, September 25, 2012 – Kwaga, announced today that WriteThat.name, the online service that automatically updates email address books, is available on the AppExchange, the Salesforce marketplace.
WriteThat.name for Salesforce will strengthen the effectiveness of marketing and sales teams by identifying new contact details and creating a contact or automatically updating the information directly within the CRM. There will be a tab available in Salesforce from which users may choose to integrate new contacts or leads and/or updates that have been detected. Every new contact detected by WriteThat.name will be notified through Chatter.
WriteThat.name for Salesforce
This integration will allow companies that use Salesforce to automatically update their CRM contacts from the details in the signatures of emails their sales and marketing teams receive.
With each new contact detected, the user may:
- Create a “Lead” or “Contact” in Salesforce.
- Update a Lead or Contact already existing with the new information detected (address, phone number, etc.).
- Control which contacts identified by WriteThat.name are to be updated/created within Salesforce, and which are not.
Introductory Offer
Companies that would like to test WriteThat.name for Salesforce can sign up for a free one-month trial. Additionally, companies that would like to test Salesforce can sign up for this offer and receive one month free use of the CRM.
Pricing
After the one-month trial period, WriteThat.name for Salesforce is only $13 user/per month.
Installation
Users can install WriteThat.name directly from the AppExchange here.
For now, WriteThat.name for Salesforce is available to companies that use Google email services. WriteThat.name for Salesforce will be available for Outlook and Lotus Notes in the coming months.
