New Feature: Contact Updates for Secondary Account

Up until now, when using the “Multi-Account” feature, the address books of the Secondary Accounts were not updated. The updates for the contacts extracted from all accounts linked were sent only to the Master Account.

However, we understand that with our customers using the Corporate Version this is not always the optimal solution. For example, when an executive and his/her assistant both use WriteThat.name, it is convenient to update not only the address book of the assistant, but also that of the executive as well.

We are proud to announce that this is now possible. Simply make the Secondary Account “active” and the contacts extracted from this account will be updated in not only the Master Account but also the Secondary Account that the update originated from.
