Will expand contact and email management into the international corporate marketplace
March 8, Paris: WriteThat.name, a cloud-based, cross-platform service that automatically keeps Gmail, Outlook, and Salesforce address books consistently up to date, has launched its first reseller program. Initial partners will have exclusive lead dashboards, marketing materials, commission plans and extended trial programs to extend WriteThat.name further into the international contact management and email management businesses.
The announcement formalizes a beta program launched in late 2012 that expanded WriteThat.name into the corporate marketplace. With contacts and emails increasing exponentially from many different touchpoints, the need for businesspeople to manage professional and personal contact data is more important than ever.
According to WriteThat.Name internal data, 30% of corporate users report that their contact management is very demanding and very costly and 33% report that their address book is out of date or inaccurate. WriteThat.name will detect and update around 200 new contacts every year, per user. For example, automating this aspect of email administration for a team of five will save two weeks a year, for a $4,000 yearly savings. With an average lead value of $20, for example, that’s more than $20,000 in potential sales on a per-person, per-year basis.
“As you can see, the sales upside and ROI for WriteThat.name on a corporate level is measurable and valuable,” says Phillippe Laval, founder and CEO of Kwaga, the parent company of WriteThat.name. “The first GoogleApps resellers to add WriteThat.name to their portfolio did such a great job of expanding the solution to the corporate world that we realized we had to take this kind of collaboration to the next level, We’re now very proud to present a full-fledged reseller program with co-marketing activities, a focused dashboard to add and follow leads, revenue sharing and more reseller perks. I have full confidence that this will program will be quickly adopted by Outlook, Salesforce, Notes and GoogleApps resellers.”
Laval’s enthusiasm was shared by WriteThat.name’s early stage partners. WriteThat.name is one of the services Douglas Baumwall, EasygApps’s lead Google Apps Certified Sales specialist, suggests to each of his clients. “We are always looking for the best products that will increase productivity and efficiency by seamlessly integrating into the business processes we have in place,” Baumwall said “WriteThat.name is an excellent example of the type of product we are using and that I suggest to my customers, once it is turned on, it does all the work for them.”
For Christian Pompier, Manager of Vivasoft, “WriteThat.name is a hit with our customers, and for good reason, this service is completely transparent, easy to use, and meets the general needs of organizations for whom email is the heart of their business.”
