This past week we saw some impressive news about a new corporate client of ours, EliteSEM, and wanted to learn a bit more about their impressive accolade. PLUS, as they are masters at SEO, we couldn’t help but ask for a few tips, and also check in to see what their team thought of Evercontact. Thanks to Zach, and Kim for the kind exchanges below!
1) We heard that EliteSEM was selected as one of the best places to work in New York. What makes it a great place to be?
The people. We are a truly unified force who want to see each individual succeed in their personal and professional lives. Every person who makes up Elite strives to be a better person in and out of the office while the rest of the team is right alongside supporting their efforts. We are genuinely invested in each person’s happiness and it is contagious.
2) Can you share an impressive SEM success story? We can see quite a few on our your site, but would love to hear the inside story.
I would say our agency as a whole is a success story, having clients for over 3-5 years like we have had in many circumstances we feel speaks volumes of our expertise & services.
3) If you could give the most important SEM tip to a startup, what would that one thing they should focus on?
To really assess if they have the skill set, time, and commitment to manage it in house. If not, that’s okay, but maybe they should be working with a company or hire someone who does. Also, negative keywords! And lots more to discover on our blog.
4) How has Evercontact impacted EliteSEM’s contact management, workflow?
Evercontact updated over 1000 contacts for our domain during the first month, so for the most dedicated “contact managers” among us, this meant saving quite a bit of time NOT having to copy/paste this contact information. Of course, for those that didn’t copy/paste this info, they now have it updated without having to do anything, saving them time as before they would have had to go dig for the info, or not have it all when they were on-the-go.
From a ROI point-of-view, if it takes a minute to copy/paste contact information, well that is 1000 minutes saved per month for our company. That’s 12,000 per year, or 200 hours! So, we’re saving thousands of dollars as Evercontact’s corporate plan really was quite affordable- even with the flashbacks for our users it was well under a hundred dollars.
5) Any hidden perks to Evercontact you might not have noticed at first
The daily contact update notifications are a nice way to make sure you’re following up with someone. And, an extra perk we didn’t expect—we tend to know who’s calling us these days as Evercontact’s auto-enriched info is updated in our phones. Great for prospects and for not taking certain calls when the time just isn’t right!
We’re honored to have you all on board, and wish you continued success!
