Paris, April 4th, 2012 – Kwaga, creator of online service WriteThat.name that automatically updates the address book, and MailWatcher, software vendor specialized in the monitoring and archiving of emails for high volume companies, announce today their partnership – realized by the availability of WriteThat.name for IBM’s Lotus Notes, for both hosted and onsite versions.
WriteThat.name is the online service that maintains the address book by identifying and extracting information that is contained in email signatures. Launched in May of 2011, WriteThat.name was previously only available for Gmail or GoogleApps users.
WriteThat.name for Lotus Notes
This new WriteThat.name version has all of the following features and service options and will allow companies using Lotus Notes for high volume professional usage:
- Automatic or manual updates
- Enrichment of the contact details with information from the email signature (home phone, mobile, fax, address, company, position, etc.)
- Linking social networking profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Viadeo, etc.)

In the months that preceded the launch, WriteThat.name for Lotus Notes has been tested by several major French companies. The beta testers’ overwhelming positive feedback has accelerated the official release of the application.
