Happy Holidays from Evercontact! Shopping for
productivity enthusiasts on your gift list? So are we!
So we did some searching, plus a survey of Evercontact staff as well as our co-space tech companies to come up with this list of 10 gifts that productivity geeks will appreciate, in all price ranges.
…Of course, you already know that we have a gift for all of productivity fans, as Evercontact’s automatically updated contacts are now FREE and you can invite your contacts to try with a free 30 day contact Flashback. But we assume you may need some non-free and physical gifts too to avoid looking like cheapskate! 😉
Offer the ultimate in multi-tasking, combining fitness with work for those too busy to fit in gym visits or just want to get an extra fitness edge. As you would expect, top models can be expensive ($400 and up), and also you need to take into account the office space of the recipient, but you can offer gift certificates so they can select the one that best suits.

3) Portable Photo or Document Printer
For sure some of your contacts are sometimes on the go and want to print something ASAP. No need for them to waste time searching for a Kinkos or beg the nearest office with a printer that snaps right onto iPhones (5, 5C, 5S, 6, 6S) or Samsung Galaxy (S4, S5), or a tiny printer one that prints on paper via a wireless connection.

Yet another way for geeks to manage their health without losing time! Not everyone can afford a real nutritional coach, and manually logging your meals to look up the info later is such a pain almost no one ends up doing it. DietSensor was a CES 2016 Best of Innovation Awards Honoree for the first instant nutrition coach with sensors, and can scan and analyze your meals in seconds.

5) A Beautiful Physical Notebook
Sure, Productivity geeks tend to be constantly online, but who knows when inspiration can strike and physically recording your notes and ideas is still practical. A beautiful journal or notepad is always appreciated to make notes seem more important and life more poetic, for todo lists, recipes, ideas, or just doodles.

6) Swiss Army Knife Flash Drive
A fantastic “fits all” gift for productivity enthusiasts. Flash drives have become as essential as most other parts on this pocket knife, including scissors, knife, wine opener, pen and screwdriver. There are larger and smaller models in all price ranges too.
Victorinox USB Swiss Army Knives or Amazon Victorinox USB
Yes we know, this one could end up being more of a “counter productivity” gift in the end and reviews are mixed, but everyone is dying to try one out (or can re-gift to someone else who is)! Your giftees can track notifications, track activities, pay for groceries, or just show it off 🙂
8) A practical or just really cool Laptop Bag
There’s no way your productivity minded friends leave home without their laptop just in case, so help them to do it in style with a bag that will protect their laptop and let them organize other business essentials. Timbuk2 has great looking and high quality bags, or you can get silly for Star Wars loving contacts!

Evercontact actually has two machines, we couldn’t be productive without it and the same probably goes for lots of your active productivity focused contacts! Peets has great gift packs, or consider a gift certificate from your local shop, or for bigger budgets, a coffee machine. Hint: And old fashioned french press is always a great backup if the machine goes down.

10) Laptop Desk / Breakfast Tray
The ultimate in multitasking: Being productive, while eating, in bed! OK it is unlikely that anyone will actually do this, if nothing else the mattress shifting around would make things uncomfortable, but you can with a laptop desk that doubles as a breakfast tray. And of course it can be used as a normal nice looking tray or cooling laptop stand when they are single tasking. (note that a regular old cushioned laptop tray for when someone is deskless is a good alternative).

** Please note, we really tried to avoid Amazon but sometimes hard to track down where you can buy products directly, and wasting time trying to buy gifts that you can’t actually get is not very productive 😉
